I decided to name this corner "Love Glimpse."
You may be thinking, why love glimpse Ara. Simple! I been telling you since I decide to share with you what interest me more that you are very important to me. As you already know I emphasize a lot about the importance of self-love. In this corner I will be sharing pieces of pure love with you, with the clear intention to motive you a bit more and to help you increase your self-love.

Antioxidant Smoothie.
This smoothie is great to help you increase your metabolism and inmune system because is extremely rich in antioxidant.
Ingredients:
3 large strawberries
1/4 of a cup of blueberries
1/4 of a cup of cranberries
8 oz of water or almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
One tablespoon of honey or
An envelope of stevia.
Blend & Enjoy!
***Please note that the berries could be cold or frozen. If you used frozen fruits you might need to add 12oz of liquid instead.
To cover this smoothie into a protein drink you could add a 1/4 of a cup of whole oats.
This recipe is modified for one person.
Oat Face Mask.
Really? Oats on my face Ara?
Yes! oats in your face.
Oats are great to help you reduce the excess of grease and the possible pimples in your face.
Ingredients:
8oz of plain greek yogurt
Three full tablespoons of powder oats
Mix well & refrigerate for about three hours.
How to used it:
Wash & exfoliate your face prior to apply your cold mask, after you applied it in your face leave it until it dries. Then washed it out with cold water and soap (preference glycerin soap) then, you could apply your favorite face cream with a gentle massage.
The combination of oats and greek yogurt is amazing! The acid of the yogurt will help to open your pores and the grease that it contains will help moisturize your skin. On the other hands, the oats will reduce the excess of grease and pimples.
Keep it in the fridge after each use, it could last up to three weeks refrigerate. I will recommend to this mask every two weeks.
Pink SeaSalt Body Exfoliation
One of the must amazing creations of God was the ocean. Reason why sea salt could be use as a cleanser to purify your skin and body.
You will need:
2 cups of pink sea salt
Liquid body soap (I prefer organic castle soap)
Your favorite body oil
Go into the shower and web your skin. Then applied the soap and exfoliate your skin with the sea salt. After you done exfoliating your entire body shower as regular.
Then applied the oil all over your body before you dried your skin, and let it be absorbed.
You could do this exfoliation once a week.
I recommend to rinse with cold water to close your pores because they will open after the exfoliation.
Mask for Damage Hair.
Many of the factors that usually damage our hair are weather changes, the constant used of the flat iron, sun exposure and hair products that contain un-needed ingredients such as alcohol.
Ingredients:
One whole egg
A tablespoon of mayonnaise
Two tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil
Beat all the ingredients until they are well combine.
While massaging apply the mask all over your hair except on your scalp then cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave for at least 30 minutes. Then washed and style your hair as usual.
You could applied it every two weeks until you reach the desired results.
Night Time Bath Routine.
Who doesn't love to sleep all night like a baby?
We all love that. This bath routine will help you sleep tight after a long day at work or after a long and busy day doing your personal things. It's also excellent to reduce stress specially to those who have small kids that require more attention. Remember that you also need to spend time to yourself.
Prepare your might first. Yes, your might first.

Tell her to relax that is YOU time and is time to get ready to sleep. Don't bring any stressful situation that happened to you during the day into the shower, keep your might focus on relaxation.
I usually love cold water, but at night I graduated fresh or warm. Use your favorite soap and auto massage your skin showing her some appreciation and love. After you shower, I recommend you to apply some lavender lotion or lavender essential body oil. Do you a face massage with your night time face cream or rose face oil.
For your face massage you could used a Rose Quartz Facial Roller if you have one.
After you finish with your relaxing shower drink a nice and warm cup up decaffeinated tea with a splash of honey.

My favorite teas at night are decaffeinated green tea with some drops of lime. I also love chamomile, detox & anise tea.
After Workout Vegan Protein Pancakes
You must consume protein after your exercise routine to restore your muscles. And you can't go wrong with this delicious and nutritious recipe that will add pure love to your body.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of oats
1/2 of a banana
1/4 of blueberries
One teaspoon of powder flax sees
1/4 of a cup of almond milk
Smash the banana, add the almond milk, then the oats and powder flax sees, hand mix to combine. After everything is combine stir in the blueberries.
Heat a pan and spray some oil, pour your mix and make your pancakes into your favorite size and shape.
Serve with marble syrup & the other half of the banana. You could also add more of your favorite toppings.
I usually love to add some fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, a teaspoon of whole flax sees or some shedder almonds.
Serve one person.
