Insomnia can be the cause of a lot of stress. I love to recommend crystals as remedy to relieve all type of health problems. In this blog I will encourage you to use crystals to help you with this specific problem called insomnia.



Insomnia is a sleeping disorder that can become a serious illness if you don’t threat it on time. When you have insomnia you may find it difficult to fall as sleep and the next day you will end up feeling tired, sleepy and irritable. Changing you habits can improve sleep patterns.
