7 TOXIC HABITS YOU MUST AVOID.

From long ago I been learning about the damages that toxicity can cause. Sometimes we adopt habits that are not to healthy and not to good for our personal growth and evolution. I will share the seven must toxic habits you must avoid.


  1. Unhealthy Eating

  2. Not Drinking Enough Water

  3. Alcohol & Drug’s Abuse

  4. Unnecessary Medicine

  5. News & Toxic TV Shows

  6. Negative People

  7. Social Media


I will start describing the first two. Having an unhealthy diet and not drinking enough liquids can cause a lot of deseases which is absolutely true but, you may hear and read that a lot already, I don‘t think you want to read it again, right? Reason why I will explained it to you in a spiritual way.

If you would love to become attuned with everything I wrote on some of my previews blogs you need to adopt healthy eating habits.


Having a clean body would help you to have better concentration at the time of your meditation, and if you are interesting in becoming attuned with angelic realms, high frequencies and high vibrations. “We all have that connection by nature, the thing is that when we adopt toxic habits from our environment and life style we usually forget that.”


The consume of alcohol and drugs can also affect your concentration and your connection to high frequencies and high vibrations. Stay away from them, they don‘t contribute anything positive to your life. You deserve the best for your life, opt for positivity and opt for a healthy living.


The same thing with the consume of unnecessary medicine. Let’s put clear that if your doctor prescribe you a medicine that you must take you wont take, you always have to follow your doctor’s instructions. I mean, to avoid medicines that are not necessary to take. For example, if you have a headache instead of taking a pain killer do yourself a massage and drink water (dehydration can cause headaches) those are better option to fade the pain.


I particularly opt for natural remedies they always work better because they come from our lovely Mother Nature.



More over, watching to much TV is the worst decision you could take. Choose your programs carefully, make sure they are good for your personal growth, inner peace and evolution. If you pay closed attention the only thing you would see on TV is bag news and negativity, opt for programs that teach you something good, programs where you can learn something instructive for your present and your future. You don‘t want to spend your entire day watching negativity if you can always take better decisions and spend your time in something productive.


Now comes negative people 😳. It’s extremely important to avoid them if you really want to live in harmony, stressful situations usually comes from negative people. Let’s may clear that negative people may spend their day in toxicity, reason why we also have to understand and respect their point of view without getting involved. It’s very healthy to stay away from people that still don‘t understand that they are love and light. That doesn’t mean you would reject them, I mean that you can’t drain your energy trying to make them understand that toxicity is the worst decision to take.


Social media is one of the must negative influence if you don’t use it properly. If you love to spend time in social media make sure you opt to see and share positivity. Don’t waste your precious time spreading hate, toxicity and unhealthy habits.


Be conscious, be loving, be caring, be kind to yourself & to others.
