Let‘s talk about Mr. Ego. I learned that we start building our ego after the eight years of age and he will be always with us no matter what. However, we can learn how to recognize it and deal with it. Since we born until the eight years of age we are spontaneous and able to express ourselves without fear because we had no ego during this age. I love to see how kids express themselves and never get offended for anything, they are free and beautiful souls capable to spread the most genuine love on earth.
The best way to know when is your ego took place is if you think and believe you are better than others and that there is separation and differences between you and others. Another way to recognize that it is your ego and not you is if you get offended for no reason.
I would explain my point of view with an example. Let’s say you are having a conversation with someone and every time your are trying to add something to the conversation this particular person interrupts you and never let you talk. Besides, this particular person is always raising his/her voice every time you are trying to speak. Is because that person‘s ego needs recognition, admiration and the only way to get it is like that.
Fortunately, you can always demystify your ego and I would share with you how. The first and only thing you need to do to demystify your ego is to recognize it. When you understand that the only thing you are supposed to be is love, it would be very easy to recognize and demystify your ego.
In general terms your ego love to be always recognized, if you notice that for some reason you are always looking for admiration at any circumstances, and that everybody is jealous of you and the material possessions you have, that’s definitely your ego. The universe is abundant, I already mentioned in one of my blogs (“SELF LOVE”) that we all are living a different process in our personal life, and that by nature we all are abundant.
If you are going thru a situation that is probably showing you something you don‘t like, be kind to yourself and always remember that you are abundant by nature. As God and your Angels for help and they would guide you every step of the way.
Now I would love you to answer this three questions, please be sincere.
Are you going to eat all the apples in this planet?
Are you going to drink all the water in the planet?
Are you able to eat all the food that this planet have?
I’m one hundred percent sure that your answer to all the questions was NO. All right, now you know that there is food for all of us, water for all of us, that this universe is abundant, and have a lot for each and everyone of us. Don‘t let your ego to tell you the opposite.
You are love, light and only that, learned how to deal with your ego don’t let him to manage your life. Tell your ego that you not going to let him to control your life anymore and you would be able to see more clear and to see beauty on everything. Meditation is a great tool that could help you in the process.
